Pricing Structure

ACES Participating Agencies have access to competitively established ACES contract pricing. Depending on the work requested, services may be provided using applicable labor rates, materials and equipment pricing, or project‑specific proposals.

For defined projects, ACSi can provide a clear scope and associated pricing before work begins, giving agencies transparent, predictable, contract‑based pricing for routine service, emergency support, preventative maintenance, upgrades, and larger building automation projects.
