Auvra coordinates site assessment, system equipment selection, project‑specific scope development, procurement, installation, commissioning, customer training, and ongoing technical support.

Pricing Structure

• Security and network/low‑voltage labor: $160 per technician‑hour
• Remote troubleshooting, technology planning, project‑management services: $108 per hour
• Materials, equipment, licenses, subscriptions: Actual documented cost + maximum 25% markup

Each agency receives a written, project‑specific scope with floor plan (if applicable) and an itemized quotation before work is authorized. Auvra does not charge customers for using manufacturer‑direct support.
