HEI can support work ranging from individual service calls to larger multi‑system projects.
HEI provides fully burdened hourly labor rates by service classification. Materials, parts, and equipment are priced at actual cost plus a fixed 15% markup.
Additional project‑specific, preventative maintenance, service, and specialty‑equipment pricing will be based on the rates and terms established under the ACES contract and the requirements of the individual scope of work.
