OWNER REP/CONSTRUCTION
MGMT
Represent Owner at project meetings during all phases of planning, design, and construction.
Serving as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders (client, designers, contractors,
vendors).
Assist in oversight of the project design phase, periodic reviews and validation of scope of work,
budget, schedule, value engineering, and plans and specifications.
Ongoing direct oversight throughout the construction projects: participating in meetings,
reviews of contractor’s request for payment, system administration for the project through
CIMS and project close-out.
Continuously monitoring project progress; providing regular schedule updates & forecasts.
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE
Assessment to evaluate renovation or replacement, including space utilization,
phasing, financing, and cost-benefit analyses.
Assist the District in creating a roadmap to help identify the district’s needs and improvements
for the future.
Assist in the development of Safety/Security measures District wide.
Assist in developing best practices with regards to facility maintenance, grounds maintenance,
preventative maintenance, and more...
