Frisbie Heating & Cooling is a locally owned and operated HVAC and refrigeration contractor based in Taos, New Mexico. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured, holding New Mexico MM2, MM3, and MM4 contractor licenses. We are EPA certified.
Our background includes experience in servicing commercial, institutional, and educational facilities throughout Northern New Mexico. We have established long‑term working relationships with numerous ACES Participating Agencies and are committed to providing dependable, professional service with an emphasis on quality workmanship, safety, and responsive customer support.

Service work is billed at established hourly labor rates plus materials, equipment costs, and travel where applicable. Preventive maintenance agreements are priced according to the number, type, and condition of the equipment being maintained. Larger projects are quoted on a fixed‑price basis whenever practical.
For projects requiring significant equipment purchases, we may request a percentage of the contract amount upfront to cover material and equipment costs. Detailed estimates are provided before work begins, ensuring customers understand the scope and associated costs.
