JMP Academy of Professional Development

JMP Academy is a New Mexico-based educational services organization specializing in Exceptional Student Services (ESS), compliance systems, instructional support, and operational stabilization for charter schools, public school districts, and educational agencies throughout the state. Founded in 2020, JMP Academy was developed in response to the increasing staffing, compliance, and systems challenges facing New Mexico schools.

JMP Academy partners with schools in urban, rural, and tribal communities to provide practical, student-centered support designed to strengthen educational systems while reducing administrative burden on school teams. The organization combines strong compliance expertise with collaborative problem-solving, responsive communication, and sustainable implementation practices tailored to the unique needs of each participating agency.

JMP Academy’s multidisciplinary team includes licensed administrators, special education consultants, instructional coaches, MLSS specialists, rehabilitation counselors, transition specialists, and state reporting professionals with expertise across general education, special education, gifted education, instructional leadership, and educational operations.
