PROCUREMENT PARTNER: Roofing Services

National Roofing Company (NRC) is a New Mexico–based roofing contractor providing roofing services
statewide for ACES Participating Agencies. NRC offers inspection, preventative maintenance,
emergency response, repair, and roof replacement services for public facilities, including K–12
campuses, charter schools, and higher education sites. NRC has 50 years of experience providing
professional roofing services in New Mexico and maintains a workforce of approximately 136
employees to support multiple projects and service needs across the state.

NRC provides roof inspections and condition assessments, leak investigation, and emergency response
services, along with corrective repairs to restore and maintain watertight roof performance.
Preventative maintenance services are available through NRC’s Roof Maintenance Program (RMP),
which includes scheduled inspections (typically spring and fall), documentation of roof conditions, and
completion of minor maintenance items identified during inspections. NRC documents service and
repair work with written reports and photographs and provides recommendations when additional
repairs are identified outside the preventative maintenance scope.

For roof replacement work, NRC performs full tear-off or replacement/installation of new roofing systems in accordance with manufacturer requirements, applicable codes, and project specifications. NRC supports project planning and constructability through in-house technical oversight, including coordination between estimating and production teams and plan/detail review to support quality, efficiency, and code compliance. NRC also performs formal testing services when required, including fastener pull tests and adhesion tests, to verify installation performance and system compliance. NRC is experienced in completing work on occupied and operational school campuses and coordinates scheduling to reduce disruption to agency operations. NRC complies with applicable state and local requirements, OSHA safety standards, and PSFA requirements when applicable. Written quotes are provided for each project with clear scope and pricing, and billing is managed through standard invoicing or progress billing for longer-duration projects in accordance with agreed terms and ACES requirements.
